The protection, the safe and a transparent use of the users’ personal data of our site are a priority for FULLCRO, so it is our specific task to inform users about their rights in regard.

Our website does not collect users’ personal data because the finality is a mere consultation.

The only exception is the hypothesis of using the special form “contacts” (in which the data to be indicated simply concern name, surname and email address), which allows the sending of specific requests and curricula of the users; in which case, however, the consent to the processing of the data must be specifically authorized by the candidate by ticking the flag therein.

For completeness of information it must be said that, like any other web page, the FULLCRO website also uses cookies, for which it intends to provide detailed information in this regard and explain how to limit or prevent their use.

GENERAL INFORMATIONS

Cookies are small text files that are automatically downloaded and saved in the user’s terminals (computer – smartphone – tablet) when he accesses on websites. As indicated by the Privacy Authority (Doc-Web 9734291 www.gpdp.it/cookie January 2022) cookies simplify and speed up access to websites by users, as they store some information relating to the same that they no longer need be found and processed by the devices after the first access.

Cookies allow, among other things, to store and retrieve information relating to the user’s browsing habits by storing visited pages and the connection time; they also allow to analyze the functioning of the site, to verify if there are technical problems, etc.

Depending on the information they contain and the way in which the terminal is used, they can be used to recognize the user or, better to say, the terminal connected through the IP address.

Fullcro only uses technical cookies or First Party analytical cookies with reduced identification power. For the use of these cookies, the user’s consent is not required but only the information we are providing. In particular, first-party analytical cookies are similar to technical cookies as they are used by Fullcro for the sole purpose of optimizing the site (see provision of 8 May 2014 and Guidelines for cookies and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021).

As a result of the Provisions of the Privacy Authority (n. 224 of 9 June 2022 – web doc. 9782890 – and 243 of 7 July 2022 – web doc. Art. 25 EU Reg. 2016/679 – GDPR), the function of Google Analytics, which will therefore remain disabled until new and definitive clarifications and / or authorization measures on the subject.

Own Cookies: are FULLCRO cookies.

Third-party cookies: they are cookies owned by a third party, other than FULLCRO, which will independently process the information obtained.

IN RELATION TO THE PURPOSE:
Technical cookies:
they are used to browse or to provide a service requested by the user. They are not used for other purposes and are normally installed directly by the website owner. Without the use of these cookies, some operations could not be performed or would be more complex and /or less secure, for this reason most of these cookies are indispensable.

Technical cookies can be divided into two further categories:

Persistent/browsing once the browser is closed, they are not destroyed but remain up to a preset session expiration date: they are destroyed every time the browser is closed.

The prior consent of users is not required for the installation of technical cookies, while the obligation to provide information pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR remains unaffected;

Analytics cookies: they can have similar characteristics to navigation cookies or they can collect further information as better specified below.

First-party analytical cookies with reduced identification power
Cookies in this category are similar to technical cookies when used directly by the site manager to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site; functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided.

The prior consent of users is not required for the installation of these cookies, while the obligation to provide information pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR remains unaffected.

Third-party analytical cookies – with reduced identification power
Cookies in this category are used to collect information on the use of the site by third parties other than the manager (eg Google). Also in this case they are assimilated to technical cookies if used by third parties for mere statistical purposes and, in any case, by adopting suitable tools to reduce the identifying power of analytical cookies (for example, by anonymizing significant portions of the user’s IP address) and without cross the information with other data held by the third party.

First or third-party analytical cookies without reduced identification power
The cookies in this category are created and made available by the Owner or by Third Parties without REDUCING THE IDENTIFICATION POWER of the user’s IP. They are therefore used to track the user’s navigation to analyze their behavior and tastes (targeted marketing). The installation of these cookies is allowed only after providing information and obtaining consent which must take place with a positive and/or unambiguous act of the user.

WHICH COOKIES DOES FULLCRO CURRENTLY USE?

FULLCRO uses only its own technical session cookies, or First Party analytical cookies with reduced identification power. The information obtained through these cookies is processed by FULLCRO only for a better browsing experience.

FULLCRO in no case uses analytical profiling and/or identification cookies.

FULLCRO, in accordance with the indications of the Privacy Authority referred to above, has deactivated the web analysis service called Google (Universal) Analytics, offered by Google Inc. – www.google.it.

Google (Universal) Analytics employs methods that make it possible to analyze, through cookies, the use of our website by the users who visit it. The anonymous information generated is sent to Google’s servers, where it is stored. In any case, such anonymous information will not contain personal data and the IP address will be shortened before being transmitted to the servers. The shortened IP address transmitted by the browser as part of Google Analytics will not be linked to other data held by Google.

To prevent Google from collecting and processing the data generated by cookies and relating to the use of our website (including the shortened IP address), you can download and install the browser plug-in at the following link: http: // tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=it.

As an alternative to the browser plug-in, especially for mobile devices, you can click on the following link to prevent the collection of data by Google Analytics on this website: https://adssettings.google.com.

This places an opt-out cookie on your device.

Except for direct access to the FULLCRO home page by typing the string www.fullcro.org in the internet address bar, where the user is conveyed to our site through search engines, i.e. through third parties, FULLCRO is not and cannot be considered in any case responsible for the use of cookies by them.

DO YOU NEED THE USER’S CONSENT TO INSTALL A COOKIE?

Consent is not required for the installation of technical cookies or those strictly necessary for browsing through the FULLCRO web pages.

Similarly, consent is not required for the analytical cookies installed by FULLCRO only to improve navigation on the site.

If FULLCRO intends to install cookies for other purposes, the user’s consent will always be necessary. In which case, the informed consent must, however, be expressed through an unequivocal positive act of the user (eg by clicking on the specific button).

The user always has the possibility to revoke the consent given and disable cookies at any time.

ACTIVATE AND DEACTIVATE COOKIES

To offer an optimal experience, as mentioned, FULLCRO uses different types of cookies.

If the user deactivates and deletes all cookies that come from the FULLCRO site and are not otherwise saved on his device, all information regarding previously accepted or rejected cookies will be lost. Even the use of a browser other than the one commonly used, where it has different settings from the previous one, could result in the loss of navigation data since cookies depend on both the browser and the device used (computer, tablet, smartphone).

The guidelines for cookies described on this page are valid for all users of the FULLCRO website.
